Payment may be made via Payfast, Zapper, bank deposit or EFT. For eft payments, or payment via bank deposits, provide us with proof of payment so that we can prepare your order. For orders ranging between: • From R500 to R1000: 5% discount, before courier cost • From R1000 to R1500: 7.5% discount, before courier cost • From R1500 to R2000: 10% discount, before courier cost • From R2000 to R3000: 12.5% discount, before courier cost • From R3000: 15% discount, before courier cost
You have the power of choice to select the terms of your own shipping solution. We provide a discount to customers, based on the value of your order. Courier rates are dynamic, and are calculated at checkout. You are able to choose and add your own rate, and your preferred terms of delivery (e.g. overnight, 2-3 days). These rates will be returned to you based on certain criteria such as the weight of your product and location.
Due to the occasional supplier challenges, we reserve the right to change the appearance of our product. This may include changes to the bottle, label, pump and cap.
Generic fragrances are intended to be replicas of the originals. They may not smell exactly like the originals. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
